The judge then apparently told barmaid Jenny that he wants to hire her, even getting his advisor on the show Dante Santiago to email Jenny, to prove how serious he was. A source has said
The whole point of the competition is that if he wanted her, he should have picked her on the show. He can’t do anything with Jenny until after the show and nothing formal has been offered to her.
It seems despite Will being previously warned for approaching two other contestants, he still hasn’t realised he’ll have to wait until the end of the show just like everyone else if he plans on scooping up some left over talent.
