Ms Curvaceous UK took place at London’s 229 The Venue last night, and 19-year-old Simone Charles was crowned the the 2012 winner after tough competition from 14 other women from all over the country.
We at Pappzd love curvy women and we’re glad to see that the Ms Curvaceous event serves as a platform to empower and create avenues for plus-sized models who are not represented on the catwalk. The show also gives bigger women an opportunity to showcase their beauty and talent.
Head of Demus Casting, and judge at Ms Curvaceous, Nicholas Kisirinya said:
Simone had the attitude and charisma, as well as talent that we felt stood out from the other contestants.
Simone will now represent Ms Curvaceous UK and has also earned herself a modelling contract with Hughes Models, appearances at London Fashion Week, photoshoots and magazine spreads.
With curves in all the right places and astonishing beauty, we were shocked to discover that the north Londoner is single! Not only does she have the looks, but being a psychology student at Aston University means she’s also got the brains!
