We’ve always wondered how Cherri V manages to fit into skin tight play-suits without one bit of flab showing, and finally we found the answer! In her latest video diaries, which was recorded during her time as a support act on Jessie J’s Heartbeat Tour, the Greedy Eyes singer spends a day in the gym.
Cherri puts on her boxing gloves and spends a day getting sweaty in the ring with her personal trainer.She says
I love working out…obviously I don’t want to be Mrs. Muscle Woman or anything but I just want to maintain…and just be comfortable with my physique..and I love to sweat as well, in the gym.
Well her routine is definitely working out and we’ve been inspired to join a gym! Check out Cherri’s boxing session in the video above from minutes 3.20-4.50.
